I have been here about 4 times this last time was July 3rd. Where I was burnt with hot wax. My nails are horrible. I could have did this myself. When I was burnt with the wax the lady laughed like it was funny. I had to ask her what tf is funny. When it was time to pay they only gave me a discount on my feet. I won’t ever go back. Also my nails isn’t even fully covered with the acrylic.

Whenever I need an appointment they are super accommodating and respond really fast. The salon is super clean and really great service overall. I do love getting my nails done with Bao, he does an amazing job every single time. Highly recommend him for gel-x or really anything else he does.

I was in search for a new salon after one too many bad experiences at my previous salon. I saw the reviews for Esta and decided to try them out. The positive reviews didn’t disappoint! I was able to book a same day disappoint. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was seated within 5 minutes with Kim, my nail technician. Kim was great and professional! Her customer service was refreshing and the quality of her work was above par! She was diligent, focused and confident in her abilities. I definitely recommend this salon and Kim!

The customer service was okay. However, the person who did my nails didn’t side me correctly and completely slices some of my fingers and left my nail bed bleeding. Some of the nail applications is uneven and the paint job wasn’t the best especially for how long it took just to get a french tip. It was my first time there, never again.

I was trying to find a new nail spot and I came across this nail shop. My daughter and I got our nails done at this nail salon. Less than a week her nails were lifting and getting caught on her hair. Nails should not be lifting in less than a week,. I’ve been getting my nails done for a while and that doesn’t happened until 2 or 3 weeks. Our first time here and totally disappointed. Took my daughter back to the this place so they can fix it and let them know the situation all they did was put nail polish around it.. I mean I could have done that instead of wasting my time and gas going back for them “to fix it”. My nails look the same but seeing what they did to my daughter’s nails I decided to just leave it alone. Poor quality of work for the price they charge.
