Brought my daughter in on a Tuesday afternoon after school as walk-ins to get pedis and a mani for her after being unable to get into another salon that was fully booked. The receptionist was super friendly and checked us in right away, making sure to let the staff know we wanted our pedis together. There was virtually no wait. Kim was my pedicurist, and she did a phenomenal job. She was thorough but gentle. As a teacher on my feet all day, the massage was HEAVENLY and much appreciated! She did a great job on my nails. I chose a standard polish, and it looked great. My daughter was happy with her toes and nails, too. We had 3 services for right around $130ish dollars, tip included. We would come back for a special day again! 🙂

Do not go to the salon as a walk-in or with any special requests. It was so confusing. After my nails were done I was trying to pay. My girlfriend sat next to me and waited the entire time. She left. I suggested she come back in and get her nails done now because it was taking so long to process my payment. But I couldn’t leave to let my girlfriend know that she could get her nails done. It was crazy. Just have an appointment. Have a clear appointment about why you’re going and what services you want. While this wasn’t the most important reason for the trip, the lady that did my gel manicure did a great job.

The place is clean and nice enough but the pedicure was just adequate. I was a licensed manicurist for 20 years so I know what a good Pedi is and this isn’t it. She seemed lazy about it. I did not receive an exfoliating scrub but the person next to me did so I know they do that. If they do different types of pedicures, I wasn’t informed that I had options so I’m going to assume she just didn’t do it. My biggest issue is that I came with two gift certificates that I was given for a manicure and a tip. Because I was told that one was for a tip, I assumed that I could use both gift certificates at the same time. Also there is no language on the certificate that says they have to be used separately. I don’t really get manicures so I put it towards a pedicure. After my card was already run, I was informed that they could only use one of the gift certificates. Don’t be fooled by the place seeming to be fancy. I have gotten better pedicures almost anywhere else I go but the fact that they would not honor both gift certificates is the reason for my review.

John waxed my eyebrows today. Perfect as always! This salon offers nail care and hair care. It’s clean, well-maintained and aesthetically very nice. There’s a very professional receptionist at the desk and it’s well staffed. I do recommend the salon.
