They make your experience so personal regardless of what service you are receiving. For me, my boyfriend and I had our teeth lightened and my hair processed for a wavy perm. The complimentary tea forte that they have available is honestly the best tea that I’ve ever drank. I had the camomile citron and the serenity. Then, I came home and ordered my own tea online. Love this business. ❤️

Essence Salon makes you feel right at home. Every staff member is polite and helpful every time I’ve been in there. I have had haircuts by Chloe and Olivia and am very satisfied with both of their abilities to give me the cut I was looking for. They are both very talented.

I cannot brag on Megan enough! She took my fried hair to a beautiful cut and color beyond what I imagined. Same for my daughter, who was nervous and shy. She really is top notch service! She educates on products, cuts, color, styling. I have found the stylist I’ve been searching for!!! The salon as a whole is just beautiful! I’d be ok in saying one of the best in the entire Tri Cities
