The guy doing my acrylic nails was very rude and buffered close to my cuticles causing cuts and small bleeding . I didn’t feel welcome he would slap my hand rudely to get my attention and even asked if I was from Santa Ana maybe he assumed that since I was Latina in Irvine however that was question that made me feel off . I also was not offered wine I had to ask twice and finally I got offered wine. Definitely not coming back. The lady who did my pedicure very sweet just a bummer she works at this place I’m not coming back to.

I always get the best service here! They do my nails exactly how I envisioned, so talented! Shout out to Leo who did my Gel X nails exactly how I wanted them with a specific design and they lasted a month! Thank you, Leo!!

I will NOT be coming back to this place. Apparently asking questions or suggestions is too much too handle and they are very put out by anything and everything. Long did my nails, which were so over expensive and they chipped a couple days later. I went to have one of them fixed and mentioned that there were some others that will chip and asked for just an extra clear coat. I got shot down and sure enough my $90 nails (before my generous tip) are chipping after one week of having them done. Their attitude is rude, impatient and I was nice as possible and get treated like you’re a hassle no matter what.
Chloe was great and she is no longer there. So although I was nice and tried Long, he was not friendly and just was put out by being there. Another lady there who I didn’t catch her name did a quick and rip off job of fixing my chipped nail. And she was very condescending. So I spent so much money only to have my nails last less than one week.
The employees need to learn to stop being rude and abrasive or else no one will go there. Good luck. The way you treat people especially after you’re treated well and tipped well is not acceptable.

Unfriendly, unprofessional, not clean! It was first time being there and never again. I took pictures and posted. They cut 3 of my fingers all bleeding. They don’t know how to make nails. I made them stopped working bloody nails and left the place! Some of the reviews talks about bleeding nails as well so be careful! They still charged me for part of my other service which awful mani and pedicures. See pictures below. I emailed the owner never responded! Not recommended. I emailed after I went to urgent care and Doctor prescribed antibiotics and antibiotic ointment. I sent doctor notes and pictures.Owner never called! Instead they still charged me for the bloody nails! That place should close due to health concerns and safety. Be aware! Less than 1 star.

They do a good job! Uses to be affordable… Charge extra fees and only take ,”Venmo only!” Nothing else’s.. They do give pampered spa experience.. I went a few months ago…They didn’t tell me until after my treatments.. That we only take,”Venmo and or Google pay .” Nothing else’s was ok with them…” They uses to be open when they first opened up business.. Cypress Village Shopping Center location.. They have,”Woodbridge Shopping Center too..”
