I’m not super impressed with my nails they are pretty chunky and the tips are too big and make the whole nail not look right, I went in hoping to feel better about myself and now I’m just more insecure 😕 they were short staffed and I felt like she was rushing and nipped my cuticles a few times. They are usually better than this, I don’t think it was worth $60 at all

I came in just asking for a manicure with no nail polish. I sat down and the lady got started on my nails. I had asked her how her day was and she completely ignored me. It took her 5 minutes to do this and my nails are not shaped up at all. My pinkie nails is very jagged. This was 20 dollars and I’m very disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very rude, and rushed through something that should have been very simple. Never again.

I have been to several Nail spas in Amarillo. This spa by far exceeds my expectations every time I go there. Their pricing is excellent and if you aren’t satisfied, they go out of their way to make it right. If you only go there for a wax one time, they don’t raise the price to something ridiculous like some spas do. Whatever service you get is the same price their regular customers pay. I drive all the way across town to have my nails done at Essence. All of their nail techs are good at what they do and the premises are cleaner than any other. I highly recommend Essence to everyone.

I’ve tried coming here the last few months. It is absolutely awful! I got my dip off and it is still all over my nails. My pedicure was 45 bucks for the woman to do the absolute bare minimum. She left my nails in a shape to get so many in growns. I have tried this place over and over and not even close to happy about my experience. Don’t waste your money!

Kelly did it again!! Love my nails and always very accurate to the photos I bring in with me that I want done! I even had my granddaughter with me and they were very patient with her while painting her nails and giving her such a great experience. Wish they had a children’s pedi chair here but other than that the experience was great once again!
