I had a disappointing experience at the nail salon due to their wrong attitude, and poor service. Less than 24 hours after getting a manicure and pedicure, the nail polish began to chip off. Not only was the service incomplete, but they also failed to apply lotion – I had to do it myself after asking. Overall, I’m quite dissatisfied with the service I received.

Great nail spot – we had an appointment and it was on time, no waiting. Which is a huge deal for me. The salon is clean and well maintained. The selection of polishes and services, gel, dip, eyebrow waxing, etc are all available. My daughter was getting a manicure, no bells and whistles and was very happy with the outcome.

My go-to nail salon. so kind and nice, I have never once left unhappy with my nails. after I moved to college in Pittsburgh, I have found no salons here that even compare to Escape. Every tech is so kind and welcoming. They always do a wonderful, clean job.

The ONLY place I get my nails done in Columbus. I’ve come to Escape for manicures since I was in 7th grade in like 2012. Joann and Aaron feel like family. I also absolutely adore Nina!! Any time I come home on breaks, I have to come in for a manicure -and often a pedicure too- & I always feel so comfortable and cared for and my nails always look fabulous!!!! You are in the best hands ever with Escape !!

I went and got a pedicure yesterday. The experience was fine, the salon is clean and organized and has a great atmosphere but my nails are not good. They started by cutting my nails way too short and rounded them out, which is not my natural nail shape. The polish never dried even after I wore open toe shoes for 5+ hours afterwards. The work was sloppy, with polish all over my skin and cuticle. Nina seemed like she did not want to be there and definitely rushed. The shop seems like a great place but sadly I’m not sure I’ll be going back.
