I got a gel fill in manicure and the nail tech didn’t listen to me after I asked her to stop filing my nails on either side. She cut me with the electric file, damaged my nails, and all they used were tools were rusty and old. Overall the place was very dirty and I’ll never go back

Got another great powder manicure at Epic Nail Spa in Mattituck. Have had many manis and pedis here and they’ve always been careful, not rushed, and professional.

Place is very clean, i made an appointment mid day mid week – although along with another customer we waited about 15 minutes to begin our services. If your willing to have some patience arriving they do, do great work. Staff is very nice and attentive even if they are juggling a few tasks at once. Color selection was quite wide, many shades and options per color which I liked.

My sister and I came here to get acrylics, and I got a pedicure as well. It was actually the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The staff was SO kind and extremely attentive. I’m very particular about how I like my nails done, and usually have to give a lot of direction but I really didn’t need to in this case. Vicky was really quick and really sweet and my set turned out perfect and exactly like I had asked. This was our first time there but I noticed they have a lot of regulars. I’m not sure why their rating is so low because I think they are wonderful and I can’t wait to go back! We left feeling really well taken care of and all we could talk about on the drive home was how nice, and kind the staff was.

Very friendly and professional staff, go out of their way to please you; clean, modern and well stocked salon, hardly ever a wait. Switched here from another well known place up the road where it felt like they were doing you a favor giving you their mediocre service
