had. She did my pedicure very fast, and made me feel like we were in a
rush to finish, very poor pedicure. An elderly woman walked in with an
oxygen tank and had trouble speaking and Kathy treated her horrible
she asked for regular polish and Kathy kept insisting for gel after
elderly told her that her doctor had said no gel only polish because she
had vascular problems, Kathy kept insisting and I asked her if she had
any plastic flip flops she could use because she had said she needed to
get gel because it was going to get messed up while putting her
Sandles back on she stated ” no she can’t wear those because she’s old
and she can fall” I said well she can wait here while they dry and she
said no she has an oxygen tank and will run out if she waits?!
Like why??! after that she was cutting her cuticles and the woman
would complain it would hurt her and Kathy wouldn’t listen and cut
her?!!! Made her bleed, and the elderly woman said she was bleeding
and Kathy grabbed her foot and put it back in the water and lied to her
saying It was nail polish I was right next to her. She treated her horrible
I did complain after but this is unacceptable!!!!!!! There should be no
reason to treat elderly people like that she could be diabetic and the
fact that Kathy wasn’t gentle with her was just horrifying ……please
owner if you see this review do something about it, what if that was
your mom or family member getting treated like that, don’t let
someone run your business and loose Clientele!!!!!! Because of her !!!!!
