I came in to have my acrylics removed and to have gel put on my nails. I’m not sure if my manicurist is new to the trade, but I’m shocked with how awful this is. She didn’t take off all of the acrylic from my nails as you can see in the pictures. There’s a whole chunk stuck UNDER THE GEL polish. I only caught it because it caught onto my top when I left and now it has a nasty snag in it.

Someone even had to interrupt her to tell her there was still gel on my nails and she had to do another soak. I was there for over 2 hours because she kept missing acrylic….then she didn’t even push back my cuticles before she painted them.

If you have new stylist in your salon, I have no problem understanding that mistakes may happen, but you shouldn’t be charging your regular prices if your people are not trained well enough. Or at least let the client know that this is a new manicurist . I spent over $50 to have my nails look very unkept and not clean at all.

My nails didn’t look like the picture, the girl seemed annoyed and rushed through it, put her head phones in which I didn’t mind, but would put to find videos and to fast forwarded, drilling into my nail bed 3 different times cause me to bleed. Used an old nail buffer on my opened bleeding cut, thankful I didn’t get any fungus infection. But walked out bleeding with deep cuts.

Went here a little over a week ago for my nails and a pedicure. Pedicure was great . Nails I’m extremely disappointed with the service, I went back 3 days later and they redid them but after a week the clear coat has chipped off they are growing out and 3 of them have popped off

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! No matter what I have asked for I have gotten the best quality. They are very friendly, clean, and they do the best nails in my opinion locally. Here are a few pictures of different things I have gotten the last 6 months. I have gone from acrylics to now dip powder. They have kept my nails super strong and healthy. The dark blue/black is recent and are now my natural nails. Have appreciated them keeping my nails so healthy❤
