Walked in and asked if my nails could be fixed, first the older lady lied and said that she was there by herself and “was very busy” so she could not service me….then another lady comes from the back, and she was willing to service me initially and asked to see my nails. After I showed my nails she too said “we are very busy, we can’t help, nothing wrong with your nail”….lol wow. The funny part is no one was there!! I was literally the only person in there. First time experiencing this type of treatment from a nail shop. If you want to be treated like a person then DO NOT COME HERE!!! There are many other nail shops in the area that have better customer service. Worst customer service ever!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

This was the first time I have ever gone here and I have to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Tammy was amazing with my nails and her amazing ideas to make the look awesome. Ivy was also absolutely amazing with my eye lash extensions. These people here are so caring and professional and take all the time you deserve to make you comfortable, pampered and relaxed! Thank you all so much for your amazing service.

This was my first time at this salon and I LOVE my nails! Tiffany did my nails I showed her a picture and my nails look just like the picture💕 I got gel and was notified it’ll be extra which I was fine with because I always get gel. I also got the $35 pedicure and the gentleman who did it was awesome! I was so relaxed. Overall I had a good experience I’ll be back in two weeks.

I don’t live in the area but stopped in on a whim to get my brow & lip waxed. I’m very picky on how my eyebrows are done and the little, older lady listened carefully and did what I asked. She was very sweet! Shop was nice & clean and prices were great! Cheaper than the place I normally go to! I may be back since my bf lives in this area! A+ service.

I had a terrible terrible experience a few minutes ago. I requested short nails but not this short. The nail cut the nails to a certain length and I asked her to cut them a little lower and she cut them and I told her that they were too short. Instead of her redoing my nails before putting the acrylic on she continued to do the work. I continued to tell her that I did not like the work she was doing she stayed “ you wanted them short “and continued to file them down shorter. I expressed to her that I was very disappointed in the service and she disregarded what I was saying and charged me for full service. I did not mind paying for service however I do feel that a she should have not charged me full price for poor service.
