Always so pleased with my nails and overall experience 🙂 Johnny is such a talented artist! The whole staff is very welcoming and it’s a very comfortable and beautifully decorated atmosphere. The technicians are more than happy to fix anything so you leave satisfied. Also so affordable comparatively! Truly such a gem, I’m so glad I stumbled upon this salon and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’d give 6 stars if I could ⭐️

I have had such great experiences with enchanted nails spa! The first time I went I knew it would be a regular spot for a self care day. This last time was no exception! The nail artist Adrian did an absolute amazing job! I’m a paraplegic and cant get onto the chairs for a pedi but they worked quickly to accommodate my needs and the work turned out beautifully! They will definitely continue to see more of me and hopefully I can convince more people to go to them because it is something you have to experience yourself✨

Service was great although they were a little busy they excepted me and my daughter as walk in’s. Which I greatly appreciated. Nice selection of snacks and drinks while you wait or getting serviced.

I’ve been to this salon about a dozen times over the last two years since moving back to MN. The first few times, I got a great pedicure and the manicure was “okay”… the manicures I get there have been really hit or miss and this last time it was pretty bad, but now the pedicures are, too. To be fair, I haven’t found a nail salon yet in the local area that has been all that great, but this place has turned out to be a huge disappointment. I’ve had a few good experiences here, I just wish they were more consistent. I’ve had better experiences in salons outside the area (Edina and White Bear Lake) but that’s not always convenient.
Over time, it’s gotten a little bit worse every time I’ve been there. There’s one nail tech who is phenomenal, but she’s so fully booked it’s impossible to get an appt with her. I got her once and since then, she never seems to be available even when I book way in advance. In contrast, there are a couple people there who are totally rude and the rest are sort of in between. Not good for walk-ins… you never know what you’ll end up with.
The service has gotten worse over time, and the work they do has, too. It’s just okay, but their prices are in the higher range… I would expect it to be better.
Two days after I was there and spent $140, I had to go to a different salon to have the polish on my toes redone and my gel manicure completely redone.

Nancy cut me on almost every single finger. I told her that it did not feel good. When i came back from washing my hands I told her very direct that she cut me on every finger. She laughed.

There was visible blood on my hands. It then stung on every single finger when she put the developer on it.

Johnny was nice enough to come over after she was going to charge me full price to ask me about it. I was grateful he gave me a discount. However, I left quite unhappy almost to tears and my fingers now burn and will have scabs.

I have had very great experiences here in the past with Johnny and others. I am sad that this happened.
