Extremely disappointed that I had to sit here and write this review, but I visited this establishment last Thursday for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. By Monday my manicure began to lift. Due to my hectic schedule I was unable to call until Wednesday (5 days later not even a week) to try and get my ONE nail fixed. I walked in 11am this morning, and was turned away to fix ONE nail. There was only one person there and she was working with someone, but the time she took explaining to me that I would be charged $5 when it hasn’t even been a week, and explaining to me how she doesn’t have time to correct my ONE nail, she could have simply fixed it… I spent $95 and left a $20 tip, and I can’t even get one nail fixed?? I have a wedding to attend tomorrow, and coming back once again is a complete inconvenience. I am extremely understanding of others time, but I feel I was not granted that same respect. Desiree did my nails, and did a wonderful job, and she did take her time, but unfortunately I am left unsatisfied… I don’t mind paying $5 if that’s what I had to do, but to be turned away for one nail is quite ridiculous, and if this is how they treat people who spend their hard earned money, then unfortunately I will not be returning. I was so excited to believe I found a nail shop, since I’ve been driving 2 hours to Richmond every 2 weeks to get my nails done. That drive has gotten exhausting, but if that’s what I have to do to be treated with some decency then I will. The lady at the desk even tried to encourage to go there as if she didn’t want my business, and stated everyone’s nail bed is different…. I understand that but as someone who gets her nails done OFTEN this should not have happened. I am not new to this as I am very aware of how my nails should be, and have never been turned away to get my nails corrected at any other shop except this one. I hope you guys treat the next person better, or maybe you do, and I just wasn’t one of your “regulars” or favorites(yet at least). If it wasn’t for this this would easily have been a 5 star rating. I didn’t give one star because Desiree did do an amazing job and I am very understanding of things can’t always be perfect and sometimes things just happens, but to have me make an appointment for one nail is RIDICULOUS especially with me stating I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. Shame on you!

We tried this salon during our vacation. Both my teen and I loved the ambience and service. Very clean and efficient. The young ladies who did our nails truly wanted to make sure that our needs were met. We really felt pampered! Very reasonable price for the level of service too! Truly recommend!

My daughter and I were in Virginia Beach for a tournament and had down time before she had to play. This spa was able to fit us both in for a manicure. They were busy and running behind, but they did a great job. Very nice manicurists – everyone was very pleasant and welcoming- and the spa was clean and decorated with Disney themed princesses. It had a fun atmosphere and I would go here again.

Amanda and all the ladies at the nail spa are simply amazing. I have recently moved back to the area and first on my list was to find a great nail salon. It is a fun and relaxing atmosphere and love the Disney princess theme! They always make my nails look beautiful and receive compliments all the time. I have referred a few people to them and they are always pleased with their services. I highly recommend making an appointment as they do get busy quite often because they take their time with each client. Love their service, their attention to detail and creative designs.

Amanda, then owner, is amazing. I have very short nails and very dry hands and cuticles. She took her time and gave me an amazing powder dip. Wish I lived closer but will definitely be visiting her on future trips! Highly recommend!
