I can remember the name of the lady that did my perm but she is right inside of the door in a room off to the left. Her last name is Larson, I remember that because my old stylist and best friends shares her last name…

Anyway, she did a great job. She listened to my guidance and offered her expertise as well. The finished product was a successful perm. I’ve been perming for a long time so it wasn’t new to me or my hair. She was accommodating, she let me charge my phone, go outside during processing so I could vape and she could hold a conversation. The price was also very reasonable. A+

I have had some terrible experiences in town with hairstylists & my hair was completely bleached and was fried. I went to Dawn over the weekend & she fixed it right up. She was very understanding and was excited to help get my hair looking nice again! We forgot to get before pictures but the ones attached are after! Thank you Dawn for making me feel comfortable and safe while getting my hair done!

Everytime I get my hair cut by Keri Ann I am always happy and satisfied with my hair, it turns out lovely each time. She is really professional and amazing at what she does. She always brightens up my day with her jokes and lighthearted attitude.

This place is amazing! Kerri does such and amazing and makes feel so welcome and loved every time! She does exactly what I need done to my hair. I recommend this place to everyone for all your hair care needs!

so, I moved here recently from Denver, and therefore had to part ways with my stylist of over 20 years. Well, I’m going gray and it’s become too costly to cover it up…and it’s time. so I called and told the receptionist that I wanted to go completely gray, rather than that waiting period, waiting for the gray to grow in. She took a message, Kelli called me back and I told her what I wanted.

On the day of the appt, Kelli did take a long time looking at my hair, I thought at the time she was trying to make sure she got the right color, now I think it’s because she didn’t really know what to do. Instead of gray, it’s mostly blonde. She did explain to me that because my hair was so dark in some places that, she might not be able to get the right color, and she did put on a toner to make it less brassy

At me the time of check out, the front desk computer wasn’t working and she took my card to the back room. Front office was very busy with many people, waiting, and very chaotic. Kelly handed me a receipt and told me that she signed for me, which I thought was a little odd, but she went all the way to the back room, so I figured that she was doing another convenience. She handed me a receipt, and in the car saw that it was the receipt for the product that I had purchased, but no receipt for the services that she provided. I saw later on my bank app that she charged me $210. Keep in mind I have hair that is shorter than shoulder length. after I called her, she didn’t even have the courtesy to call me, but rather she text me. We had a short conversation where she told breakdown of the bill, which included $130 for highlighting, $60 for a cut (which was actually just trim from a recent haircut I had gotten somewhere else), and $30 for the treatment. I was shocked because in Denver I think the most I probably would’ve paid at my was 150. tell him told me that it was the salon’s charges that she couldn’t do anything about, but she does rent her own booth, so I don’t know how accurate that is. The service ended up OK, nothing super special, but I will not see her again because she just overcharges. Who charges $60 for a haircut in Cheyenne?!?
