This is was second time here and I asked for a new set which went fine at first. And when I asked to use their restroom they threw away my drink without asking and didn’t file my nails down to make them even. I also asked for compensation for my drink and when I went to pay at the counter they acted confused. On top of that they had a lady distressed about her nails that they didn’t do right behind me. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of their clients feelings.

The WORST experience ever they didn’t care one bit about the client the young lady who was doing my nails was too busy playing video games on her phone to even listen to what I wanted done when I brought it to the owner he said they looked fine and just gave me a refund to shut me up . Now I have to pay to have them soaked off and have them redone which is more time that could have been avoided if they just did there job and valued there customers

They are rude, when someone walks in your establishment you greet them. Instead they just kept being on the phone. Head down. No one said hello. Then, The ladies looked like they didn’t know what to say. Just rude. I have been here before but I will not again. I went down the street.

I LOVE IT HERE! they get you right (and get you buzzed) .. I’m glad i finally found a place in this state that can do what I want. the shape is perfect, the polish is perfect … everything is just PERFECT. they stay busy! so if you can come during the week, EARLY you’ll be in and out.

Update: less than 24 hours half of the nails are peeling completely off. Went to get them fixed, only fixed the chipped ones. Guess we will see how long these last for.

Meh is really all I have to say. I showed a photo of a set of acrylic nails with a tip. Seemed easy enough. My fingers are not the most beautiful, but while filing they made my cuticles bleed, which although I bite my nails a lot, has never happened before to me at any salon. They asked if it hurt, but I just said it was fine. Onto the art, usually for a tip, there is a base layer of skin colored nail polish, but they just painted the tip directly onto the weird pink/purple acrylic powder. You could see my actual nail below the tip. I said I didn’t like how the tip looked and I said “I guess we can just do all black.” Which we did. They look fine all black, minus one crooked pinky nail that got hurt, but I wish I would’ve been told a black tip was not doable. I said they were fine, paid (and tipped) and left, but I wouldn’t recommend and I probably won’t be back.
