AWFUL NAILS COME OFF WITHIN A WEEK , RUSHED MY NAILS , guy definitely didn’t know what he was doing I told them they still sent me back to the same person . Waste of money n time

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The owner, I assume, was so very rude. I was very polite and my service was rushed for whatever reason. I asked the owner a question and was ignored! And my nails are mediocre for the type of treatment given! Everyone was just rude. I will never come back to this salon.

Nice tech Johnny but the work doesn’t last, got my nails done 9 days ago. My bill was $105 between that and my toes. He talked me into ombré nails and two of them are already lifting. Too much money for subpar quality. My daughter and niece pedicure didn’t last 24 hours before their thick gel polish peeled off. I doubt we’ll be back.

I went there to get a pedicure and full set….. My acrylic nails were crooked and too thick. The pedicure was half done and extremely rushed. I told Emily about it and she started laughing and speaking to her family in another language. She said that my finger were crooked and thick nails last longer. Umm..well…how about NO.
I had already paid, so I asked for some money back because I was completely dissatisfied. Emily told me that I wasn’t going to get anything back and I didn’t have to go in her shop again. I told her that I would call the police because that is not what I paid for. She gave me a $10 gift certificate & I explained that it wouldn’t suffice; because I never wanted to go back to her…I just wanted my nails fixed that day or a portion of my money back. Emily came around the counter and got in my face telling me that I wasn’t getting a “damn thing” back. I had to leave that shop before my temper got the best of me. Please don’t go there…she’s cocky about her customers and thinks that even with horrible customer service her business will still do well.

Customer service was terrible. I got there at 9am to get a full set and a pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. 95% of the staff was young and inexperienced and it showed. After two hours they still had not started on my full set. After I got up to leave Emily asked if I needed something as if I didn’t tell her when I walked in the door at 9. Finally the guy started on my nails. He acted as if that wad the first time he had done nails so Emily came over and to help. I will never go there again. I had to go to another shop for them to undo the mess they made.

Final thought, the place was not clean either. I noticed that the floor was dirty when I first walked in as if it was not swept from the day before. My suggestion would be to save your time and money and go anywhere but there!
