Went here with my mom while on vacation. The staff was professional & nice. They asked questions before they started about if I had any areas they wanted me to focus on and what pressure I wanted. I chose light to medium and it was a great massage. The rooms were cozy and the place was clean and neat. I also got aromatherapy & an oil scalp treatment with my massage. The scalp treatment left my hair so soft and shiny after I washed it with shampoo later. I shampooed 3 times in the shower to make sure I got all the oil out and it did the trick for me. Definitely recommend coming here for massages and a spa day!

This was my mother-in-law’s first massage and facial and they were so kind and gentle with her. She is 80 years old and was a little bit hesitant to do this, but I talked her into it and we had a wonderful time. When we left, she said she wished she could do this every single day.

I have had many many massages in my lifetime and let me tell you, this was in the top 10. My massage therapist was firm but gentle, and she really paid attention to the spots that she knew were problematic.

Haylee was absolutely amazing! I get a lot of massages when I travel & she was REALLY great! She was very receptive when I asked her to adjust pressure and I would highly recommend her! I had a bit of a scheduling snafu so I would recommend you get confirmation of your appointment, otherwise no issues!

We arrived on time for our 9:00 am 60 minute couples massage to locked front doors. The doors were opened a couple of minutes after our attempt to enter. There were 4 staff members in the front lobby and none of them greeted us, including the receptionist checking us in. We filled out the required paperwork and indicated we both wanted deep tissue massages. The massage room was very cold. The table and sheets were ice cold and the table did not warm for the entire session.The massage technicians entered the room at 9:10 and left the room at 9:50. My massage was average, but there was no part of the massage that was ever deep tissue. My husband immediately stated it was the worst massage he had ever received, with no deep tissue and a technician that moved so slowly moving sheets and proceeding to the next body part that he felt like he only received 30 minutes of his 40 minute massage. When we paid, we were charged for 60 minute massages, an additional $10.00 per person for deep tissue massages, plus a required 18% gratuity. As patrons who almost always give a minimum 20% tip, we gave no additional tip. I completed the emailed survey sent to us by the spa and gave them a 1 start rating and detailed the reasons stated above. I suggested that their staff arrive a bit earlier to warm up the massage room and bed, if that was the reason for the cold environment. I also asked for a refund for the 20 minutes of massage we did not receive, the deep tissue charges, and the gratuity. I stated if they refunded me for the services I did not receive I would not publicly negatively review them. After several weeks of no response I attempted on two separate occasions to email the spa directly, only to receive “full mailbox” notifications.

Amazing experience at Emerald Sanctuary. Everyone was polite, took time to listen to concerns with shoulder tension and etc. Worked on those areas. They were so great, I went back the next day and got a facial. It too was amazing. Very knowledgeable esthetician and she did a wonderful job. Cant wait to go back.
