I had the worst experience here. Before the nail tech got started I asked her if she had the skills to do the design I wanted she said yes. My nails came out horrendous!! When I spoke to the manager/owner he played in my face & said there was nothing wrong with my nails and offered to fix them for $20 more and didn’t want to refund my money . I attached the first pic is what I wanted and the next was what was she did

I really loved embassy! I made an online appointment and they got to me asap! Not sure of the woman’s name, but one of the workers took her time and ensured my nails look perfect. Will def be coming back.

One day….. 60+ in cost and all my child did was walk in crocs the NEXT day. Do not take kids here who are excited to have something special for their birthday. They are given the most inexperienced person and rushed through… regardless of paying the same amount

Mrs Cindy Lou at Embassy is Awesome! She is very professional and attentive to my needs on every visit. She always does a great job with my pedicure and nails and also does my daughter’s pedicures. We schedule appointments with her and she always takes us on time, is very polite and knowledgeable of all services. Mrs Cindy Lou provides great service and I recommend her to everyone.

Met w. Andy did a regular manicure w/ clear nail polish loved it. She is very friendly took her time and asked me how I wanted my nails before cutting, also asked me about the color I wanted and she picked the exact one I had in mind. My daughter had a great experience w/ her technician as well it was an older gentleman, he was kind and did a great job, we were afraid her nails would look bulky as in most places they do, but they were perfect!
