When they are not busy you absolutely get the best service and take their time. When busy you are rush and the polish shows on your toes. The men do better on Pedicures than the young ladies. The ladies are good on the nails very talented on designs when they aren’t rushing

Not sure which was worse, the service or quality. I went it at 5:00 on a Tuesday afternoon for a simple gel manicure. The person who did the manicure didn’t speak to me until it was time to pay, and then only said the price. By Saturday morning, the polish on two of my nails had lifted and peeled off in single sheets.

When I came I got a gel pedicure and gel on my nails. The older male was detailed, kind, quick with my pedicure. I also appreciated the lady who did my nails. She was honest and instead of upselling she said I had nice nails and gel was better to grow mine out. I was in and out in an hour. I was satisfied until now. It’s been 10 days and the gel on my hands has been rising and having my hair get stuck under. It’s been chipping and peeling off like regular nail polish. I’ve had gel for years and this is the quickest it’s come off.. I spend 100 in total(including tip).
I thought it was fair at the time, but now it seems like I didn’t get my moneys worth that I have to get it fixed. I got it done the 25th and it’s only the 3rd. Entire nails have been lifted with very little damage to my nail bed. Shows how easy it’s coming off.

I asked for a simple spiderweb design, and she claimed that she did not know how to do that. The shape came out awful and bulky. She didn’t paint the whole nail and left them jagged on the edges. I asked her to fix it and she said she would but never did.

I have been getting my nails done here for a while but these past few times I feel like I have been waisting my money here. Ive paid because they were already done not because I actually liked the end look. Today the guy that did my nails just simply rushed and did a terrible job. If I would have known they were going to be that bad for $75 I would have just done them myself. Also somehow I left with cuts on my fingers. Nails are super thin and crooked. I’m scared they might break. I mentioned this to the guy and he seemed to not cared since he already had another customer in his chair. I will definitely not be coming back here. It’s unacceptable that the guy charged $75 for a 30min nail set that looks like trash.
