Elsie is AWESOME! I booked with her and I will definitely be back, she is officially my new nail tech. Her shop was clean, she is very professional and she takes pride in her work. My friend and I were really SO excited to get our nails done here after seeing how good Elsie’s work is on google and hopefully we get to have our nails done by her one day. One star just to warn future prospective customers to ONLY use the online booking service, appointments made via text/call are not guaranteed to be honored. My friend came with me from NYC for an appointment made via text two weeks in advance and we were turned away with no accomodation 🙁

I don’t normally write bad reviews but I wasn’t pleased with the service I got from Elsie today…I did a polish change and she coated it once in a hurry obviously and didn’t wanna coat it the second time. Now you can see right through the nail polish 😔😔😔
