this was my 4th time here. the first time i went in for a pedicure and it turned out good but i had stubbed my toe and asked her to put acrylic on the one that broke and just filed and make the rest even and square. the girl ended up cutting all my nails down shorter than i wanted but it turned out good and i didn’t say anything. my next two experiences were so good with Suki.
this last time, i made an appt for 530. they didn’t sit me in a chair until 540 and no one started my nails until 6 pm. i had acrylics on and wanted them soaked off to have dip powder put on my natural nails. i did have two broken off which was going to cause them to be shorter than the rest and i was fine with that. but when they soaked off my acrylics i asked to have them trimmed and squared off and the lady who did them just took the nail clippers and cut all my nails very short and didn’t make sure they were even with my other hand. and then she started filing and kept cutting the sides of my fingers and grinding down my real nail and you can see where my real nails were before and where they were grinded down. my nails were very sore.

I went here with high expectations because of all the reviews here but it just did not meet my expectations. Maybe other nail techs are amazing but the one I was with was mid at best. I paid $70 for french nails but it looked like a beginner nail tech did them. She left a lot of acrylics underneath the nail like you can see in the picture. The french design also looks bad in person. There is like a lot of color in one spot and not enough on another spot. The lines also don’t look crisp and smooth. I recommend not getting french nails here maybe get other designs.

I got a full set with the builder gel and my nails came out nice but they didn’t go close enough to the cuticle. I just got them done but they already look grown out. The tech I was with took her time on the filing and drilling of my nails but started rushing doing the color and design. I payed $85 and I just don’t think it was worth it. My friend also got hers done and she had the same problems as me but hers are also on the chunky side. They look good from afar though.

I went to this Salon with high expectations, I have a very close friend who recommended them very highly, I went in for a gel pedicure and a dip manicure, the pedicure was fine but I was VERY unpleased with my manicure, my tech seemed to be new (which is totally fine) the owner was standing over her watching her do my nails the tech proceeded to make my nails extremely uneven and bumpy the owner sat down and “fixed” them after I had left I was very disappointed with how they looked and I called to see if I could get a refund for only my nails, they tried to get my to come back in to redo them unfortunately I live over an hour away and had a wedding that Thursday and Friday I did not have time to come back, I made an appointment elsewhere on Thursday to get my nails fixed, when the owner called me back he was trying to get me to accept a 25 dollar credit if I came back for another service, mind you my service I wanted refunded was 45 I told him I could not accept and didn’t not want to come back since my nails had already been fixed, he told me he would call me back tomorrow which would of been Thursday 5/9 I did not hear back from them I called Monday 5/13 at 9:50 am to check up I was told I’d get a call back in an hour, I was at work and got busy, the noticed it was 3:18 pm so I called again the owner told me he’d call in an hour, an hour and some time had passed I called again and he told me he could refund me the 25 dollars that we had “agreed” on, mind you I had not agreed to 25 I told him I wanted the 45 for the manicure and he could keep the 60 something for the pedicure, he argued with me saying that I had agreed on that number for awhile I needed up telling him I’ll take the 25 but I will never give my business to someone who is okay with running their business that way.

Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure. She was very meticulous and did a great!
