I will never return to this place. Blonde nail tech refuses to correctly fill my nails, her actual words were it takes too long for nail tech to do pink AND white fill so she offers to paint them to cover the nail growth I said ok. So she only filled in the clear base part of nail. She tries to paint my nails with one of the nail brush that’s usually used to draw design on nails. The paint job was horrible she kept getting an attitude saying I was moving yet she had me putting both my hands on top of each other at the same time under one blue light nail dryer 😑. The paint was already chipping off of my nails before I even pulled out of the parking lot THE GEL PAINT THEY MAKE YOU PAY $20 EXTRA FOR (because they claim it doesn’t chip or fade) . Mind you this lady charged me the same price as a full set but refused to do the job properly while the whole time she was chatting to her friend next to her who DIDN’T EVEN WORK THERE. It’s really a shame GOOD PAYING customers get such incompetent services.

This was my first time coming to elite spa and nail and I loved it!! I love how welcoming everyone was. I had came in late at night and they still had the best attitude even though they were probably tired. John was the one who attended me, I had a mani-pedi and he did both!! He worked on my toes first and worked at fast paced but did great. After that he did my nails. At first I was going to get just plain white nails, but he had pulled out his phone and showed me pictures of his work and he does awesome!! He was also a very fun and sweet person. I’m definitely coming back to this place. I do recommend John if coming to this location!!

Absolute Best results I’ve had. I’ve been getting nails done her almost 6 months. Love it 😍 I even took my daughters. 10/10

I’m typically not one to write reviews, however I gave this location a try because of their late business hours and have regretted every waking second of it since. The quality of service which customers receive is appalling and not worth having to deal with for any service. Every single day I wish I hadn’t resorted to my non confrontational demeanor and been so lenient by staying quiet and doing what at the time I thought was taking the high road but instead left and gotten my nails done at an entirely different establishment than this one. After his employee cut me, the manager was so incredibly rude to me I even contemplated contacting the owner before ultimately deciding to just grab my keys and get out of there as fast as I could. The experience of getting your nails done, which should typically be a relaxing and pampering one was completely ruined and tainted by his nasty attitude. When I finished my service, I almost instantly drove to another nail salon to get them soaked off simply because I refuse to represent such a poorly run establishment. I came back here only once, months later under the impressions that maybe my experience would be different this time because I would not be dealing with the same nail tech who so carelessly provided my service the last time. Imagine my disappointment when I received just about the same atrociously awful, unprofessional experience. Aside from being a customer of Elite Spa & Nail, when it comes to dealing with people there is a certain level of respect and human decency that you would think comes naturally to others, not to mention those dealing in the customer service field. Unfortunately that expectation of common sense in these associates only validates the saying that common sense is in fact not that common. This nail salon needs tremendous help in repairing its many issues from the ground up. I have begun explicitly going out of my way to go to Eva Nails Spa across the street just to avoid coming here and cannot express how I have enjoyed my time with them immensely.

HIGHLANDS location- NOT the one on 360….Love me some Ms. Kim (nails) and Ms. Helen (pedi) And the shop as a whole is nice and a nice vibe. The customer service is great and the manager makes sure ALL CUSTOMERS are taken care of! I don’t know his name but I like him lol. The prices are reasonable and pretty much every nail technician does a REALLY GOOD job! I would definitely recommend this place🥰
