my friend and I came here just the other day. to get our nails and toes done the lady rushed my friends nails got paint and acrylic all over her skin. She had to ask for a second coat of white for her French tips which still turned out to be terrible. She didn’t shape them correctly she didn’t put the white down correctly for the actual French tip. Most of her toes were fully white instead of her French tip. They were laughing at her constantly during her manicure. said that getting her cuticles off would be an extra five to $10 and ended up charging her $50 for it. Overcharged her for $175 plus tip for an absolutely terrible job terrible service, RUSHED service and refuses to give a refund Even though The work was not even worth $50. And when my friend asked for a different type of pink because she had to tell them over five times that she needed a different pink for the undercoat before the white French tip, and she got mad at her for asking for a darker pink and told her NO. The job done was absolutely terrible the nail tech was rude and terrible at her job, will definitely never be returning to this nail salon. If they can mess up a simple French tip I don’t trust them with even solid color.

Lily with Elite Spa is incredible. She has amazing pricing and provides unbelievable results. If you were looking for someone to make you feel beautiful definitely go see Lily. She will take great care of you.

Don’t waste your money. I went for a gel manicure, the beautician started cutting my cuticles without asking my preference and caused bleeding on several fingers. He filed a few nails blatantly crooked but thankfully they where fixed when i kindly requested he do so.

In the end the polish was too thick and uneven on several nail surfaces, the polish contained multiple air bubbles, and even an inditation on the tip of my thumb nail. On my right hand the polish on my middle finger pools and extends over onto my actual finger.

To be fair the establishment looked great and I don’t know if I just got stuck with a bad beautician, the others there might be better. I did see him ponder over the scratch on my thumb nail but after two seconds he decided to ignore it. (I did not say anything at this point because i had already made him correct the nail filing and it was almost an hour since he first started. I had other errands to run and manicures are supposed to be relaxing.. where you intrust the beautician with their expertise, not have to nitpick everything yourself.) I was the only costumer for the first 40mins of my visit and business picked up quickly towards the end of my session..

On day two you can see the nail polish near the base of my nail is a different color because of only having one coat in that area.

I came in to treat myself and get a long lasting nail color but painting them myself at home looks much better than what i walked out with. With a price tag of $30 plus tip, this experience was very dissapointing and i will not be back.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been a mediocre experience. The last time I went it took over two hours to get a basic pedicure and dip done on my nails. The nail tech started clipping my nails without asking how long I wanted them and almost got the skin under my nail since she was going so fast.
The dip nails are average and some nail techs don’t do the edges properly and your hair can get stuck in them.
They’re always very polite and respectful, but for the price I pay to get my nails done, it’s not worth it.

I have been coming to them for years, I love the service, their quality of work and of course their prices! I will not go anywhere else
