Had my nails done SNS here a week ago. The first thing the technician tells me is “oh do you want a lot of design? Because I’m not good at design”. I only had two tiny hearts on my nails from Valentine’s. I said no that’s not required I’ll just change up what I’m getting today, no huge deal, annoying, but fine.

After she was done, I asked if she could file the sides of my nails more because the nail was sticking to my cuticle. She barely did. So I had to just file three of my nails myself in my car.

The next day, my thumb nail has a crack in the SNS. They look clunky and are not smooth. Even now, a week later, the polish feels sticky and not like it usually does. I’m not sure what happened that day but I can’t say I’ll be back for my nails.

My pedicure was HORRIBLE. It didn’t last nearly as long as the couple that was seated after me. She acted as if she didn’t want to touch me. My lashes are stuck to my eyelids. They are just horrible. I will not return! I forgot to mention my nails started chipping the next day🙄

Today I went to the Burlington,NC location to do my acrylic nails & pedicure and my over all experience was fantastic! They were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. It gets very full and walk-ins are welcome but I suggest making an appointment if you don’t want to wait. I found my new to go nail place!,very happy customer 👩🏻💅🏻❤️
