I got a fill and a replacement nail that had broken off completely. I went right when they opened, thinking that if I get there early, the technician won’t be tired. I had a lady who was nice and did good work, but she cut my pinkie. Like, she cut it while using the file l. She Never said she was sorry or anything!!! Then, on the same nail, she scraped the nail bed in two places with the sander. I have little scabs still today, and I got them filled 4 days ago.
She did an okay job on my nails and shaped them well, but on three nails, they were just sloppy. They could have been shaped cleaner, if that makes sense.
I probably will not come back, because she never apologized for cutting me.

My Daughter, my grand girls and I wanted to have a girls nail day
The girl who did my nails from Houston could care less what I wanted. I wanted square nails rounded at the top and painted ..she cut them and made them all round with that gel color I tried to talk to her but she was to interested in a couple of girls that came in ( regulars ) then what I was saying..when she half glued them on they kept popping off like they were afraid of using the glue..I gave her one chance to fix it, but she ignored me..I will never go back..back in 2008-2012 I went faithfully but I don’t believe it is ran the same..bad nail, bad service and horrible customer service

Took my girl and I to get our feet done since she wanted to have a pedicure date . When we walked in the lady was rude. We told her it’s our first time and didn’t know what it was called and what all it came with and she was just being rude so my girl asked for a book to see the prices and the sets it comes with and the lady just said to go back there they will deal with you. We got back there and my girl was all in pain, and she asked for a certain color and they told her they didn’t have it and as we was walking out she seen the same color she asked for…mines was actually okay the other lady who did my feet kinda rushed but it felt good for the short amount of time I was there

I didn’t have the best experience. My pedicure was okay but my nails are thick. the gel polish is very streaky and just all over the place. I went with my best friend and the lady doing her nails burnt her multiple times, when it was brought to her attention she was rude about it. It’s not a very clean shop and neither of us will return.

Just turn around and go somewhere else! This is the absolute worst thing I have been through. I have never been intentionally hurt while getting my nails done. Andy was hurting me and cut me multiple times. Shaping was off and very unprofessional he was taking smoke breaks and obviously drinking alcohol. He took 2 hours for this and I still had to pay for this. He started yelling at us when we asked him to stop hurting me. Please shut this place down. I almost wanted to call the cops cause that is abuse!!!
