I’ve been 3 times and I’m happy with the service and the atmosphere. The last two times I went to Tiffany and she was helpful and very nice. These are my most recent nails and I was super excited to get something “different” for the first time ever (I normally just do basic gel polish, no fancy designs).

One weird thing to note, they have 2 types of pedicure chairs, some seem fancier than others. That was just something I noticed the first time I went and it was unexpected

Your feet should never hurt worse than they felt before you got them done, I have been going here for awhile now and I have never experienced the level of discomfort that I’m feeling a day and half later, but I can no longer go here. I have been getting my toenails buffed and I have nice feet for a man, but it’s too much for your staff to not know how to use the buffing pad and try and cover it up with cuticle oil…A waste of time and you’re constantly watching them because they dig into your cuticle and try to fix it only making it worse… Don’t Charge Me Extra For Pain and Incompetence…

I got a pedicure on Thursday 10/12, you can see how fresh the pedicure is for proof and by Sunday 10/15 my toe has started to look like this. I’ve been to 3 doctors and have a podiatrist appointment tomorrow 10/18 to hopefully get some answers for this issue. I’ve had an antibiotic shot, 800mg ibuprofen, and oral antibiotics. More than likely will have to get my nail removed. They DO NOT sanitize their tools properly & this is the result of that. I’m out $150 in copays for doctors visits. I would recommend going elsewhere for services. The amount of pain I am in is 10/10. The doctor said today the chances of me losing my toe is “slim, but not impossible”. I’m terrified.

Extremely awful experience. Nail tech was too rough and hurt one of my fingers with one of the tools which she was using to buff my nails with. She also did a sloppy job on my toes, below as you can see & tried to place blame on me. My nails which I got refilled at this salon, on the 21st of October, one week from now (picture taken today of my nails on my hands) look like what they should be looking like at the two week mark, which is how often your supposed to get your nails refilled & retouched. Awful & overpriced service for $70 👎🏻

My wife and I went in for pedicures on Thursday 4/18. On Friday I took my wife to Urgent care because her toe was swollen and Bright red around the cuticle. The doctor asked her if she had a recent pedicure because what she had was a Staph infection from the salon not adequately cleaning their tools. My wife went back to the salon the next day with the doctors paperwork simply asking for a refund. The man at the front was trying to bargain with her saying he will give her only half her money back. They lost a loyal customer. I would NEVER recommend this because of their lack of cleanliness and customer service.
Urgent Care gave us the information to contact the health department which we will do to save others from the same infection she has which needs to be treated with a daily antibiotic.
