I called to see if they take walk-ins or appointments. Was told to make appointment so I did. When I got there for my appointment, I waited 45 minutes and watched as people came in with no appointment and they didn’t turn them away. When it was my turn, I had two different people working on my pedicure. The person who initially started it, stopped in the middle to start a gal that was a walk-in. After 10 minutes, a different person took over. By this time, I had already been at the nail shop almost 1.5 hours and my pedicure wasn’t finished nor manicure. I do not get gel polish on my toes and I get no polish on my fingernails and it rarely to never takes more than 45-60 minutes for both. Knowing I needed to leave at a certain time, I was told they could do manicure in 10 minutes which they did. My toes and my nails looked good. However, I paid $110 which was outrageous for the service I received. The regular Pedi is $45 and spa pedicure is $80….NOT worth $80. I have never minded paying higher prices but I do mind when the service is poor.

A really sloppy and expensive manicure, I got this done yesterday and today is coming off. They charged me 95 dollars for this: (You can see how the stickers are coming off in less than 24 hrs after getting my manicure)

Go anywhere else this place is suspicious.
There’s something fishy about a business that refuses to tell you a price on anything until they see you. That just sounds like they’re changing the prices depending on how they view you. I’m not going to make an appointment just to walk in and have someone look at my nails. leave, and then make another appointment? That’s crazy.

I’ve been to salons all across the United States states, and some of them will ask how long my nails are, or what type (acrylic, etc), or whatever, but she wouldn’t tell me anything! Even when I explained, I needed to know before I made the drive.

I told her I’d have to call someplace else, and she was perfectly fine with that. Hey, if they don’t want my business, I don’t want theirs.

Nothing “Elite” about this nail salon.
It was $45 for a basic pedicure – that seems extremely steep in my opinion, especially for Cody. For that price I would expect the pedicurist to pay special attention and do great work – that was not the case at all. He was wizzing thru and putting minimal effort – leaving quite a few rough spots or loose skin.
It was a busy day at the salon, so I understand them needing to be timely…but this was so subpar.
When I went up to pay and saw it was $45, I was so shocked (it was my fault for not checking the price in the first place).
I left stunned, but actually walked back in a moment later asking them to please touch up the rough spots and clip the loose skin. I normally wouldn’t bother but for that price I expected such better quality and was upset it wasn’t. The main lady working told me someone could help me once everyone else (5/6 customers at the time) was done. And that it would be 2 hours. I couldn’t believe no one could quickly touch up my pedicure. I walked out feeling so stunned and disrespected!!
