I have been coming here for years, so has my grandma. It truly is such a hidden gem. They only do appointments on certain days, other than that it’s first come first serve but the max I’ve had to wait for a walk-in was 25 minutes. I think all the negative reviews are being too picky. With any business there are going to good and bad days. Every time I go I get French tip acrylics. I’ve had pretty much every nail tech there and they all do it a bit different but every time I leave there happy! They always ask and double check the shape, the length, and your color. If you want them to change something they will do it! I’ve never had a rude or negative experience about voicing my wants while in the chair. All French tip is hand painted. Also they are very careful with the drills and other tools and I have never been nicked. I have tried several other nail salons in the portage lakes/green area and this truly is the only place I’ll go to. After I get my nails my friends are always asking where I got them done and I always recommend this place. The prices are the best in the area as well!

I love this place. I never have to wait (I always call ahead and make an appointment). They’re friendly, fast, and affordable. They have a large selection of powders to select from for the dip powder manicure. I haven’t had acrylics done, but I’m thinking about it — they can do the fancy, detailed, intricate designs. Ryan is my favorite tech, but I haven’t had one here that I didn’t like. I’ve walked o happy every time.

I went there to get a pedicure and the older lady cut my toenails so short and hurt me. I said please be easy. The other lady came over to me and said she was getting out ingrown toenails I don’t have ingrown toenails and she said GET OUT! I got up and I told her please don’t be upset with me, . I offered her a tip for what she did do and the lady in charge NO she wouldn’t take it. 🥲

I love this place. Yes cheap, not because they aren’t good, but because they are the best and they do not charge you a fourtune and they slay my acrylic nails every time 💗 💅. Every time I go in I get right into a seat, and that makes me love their shop even more 💕.

OMG!!! This place shocked me. First off I was looking for something close to home and found Elite nails. They were amazing. He hand painted my nails they weren’t airbrushed. He had great skills making the tips white. The lady who did my toes was awesome too!! Even after she lectured me to use base coat on my discolored toes lol. All was said with love and I really liked this place. Elite is very clean and sanitize. The staff seemed so friendly and polite. I definitely will be returning. I only apologize because I can’t remember the two who did my nails. Thank you Elite Nails (staff) !!
