I love Elite Nails! I’ve never had a place where I walk out with what I actually came for/what I wanted. Van and staff are great. They learn your name and chat with you…a very personal experience. They really take time to hear what you want.. length/style/design, etc. I highly suggest making an appointment because they can be busy… the good word is out ;). This will continue to be my go to place! Some of my favorites below!

The staff was so polite and friendly! They would ask for my input on the length and design throughout the process, and the end result was perfect!! I was done in about an hour, and the full acrylic set only cost me $63. Definitely coming back in the future!

I’ve been going to Elite Nails for 17 years. Phuong and everyone there care so much about the details. They do amazing work and are lovely to chat with every visit! Looking for a color recommendation or want to match a picture? They know their color numbers like they know your name- they don’t forget either. If you haven’t been, go- you’ll become a lifer in a blink.

I got my acrylics done here and they came okay. The shape of the nail was bumpy
on a few nails but overall okay. After 2 days one of my nails broke. I didn’t even notice at the time which means it wasn’t
properly put on. I came back and they told me it would cost $7. I was so shocked as I’ve never been charged for a nail that broke especially after just 2 days of getting them done. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. Also they seem very disorganized as they allow walk ins. It took me 1 hour to get on nail fixed. Since they are very disorganized they work very fast with the drill causing it to hurt at times.

This was the best customer service experience I have ever had at a nail salon! I was very impressed with the care of the nail technicians and how friendly they all were. The salon was taking every precaution to serve customers in a safe manner during COVID. I really appreciated the technicians checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok, the time spent to really dig out my ingrown toenails, and ensure that I was satisfied with entire visit. I highly recommend this salon!
