I came here a few days ago for a relaxing experience after exams with my friend, but it was the opposite of that. First when my friend and I called, they said it was $49 for a full acrylic set which is why we chose this place. Once we got there and half of our tips were already glued on, they said it would be $69 if we wanted gel (which they didn’t tell us before) and kept saying if we did regular polish it wouldn’t last more than a day and would go away by just washing your hands, verbatim (so what does that $49 even include then if your nails will be ruined in a day?). When my nail tech started cutting my length, she said it would it be $5 more.. none of this was mentioned on the phone call. They just kept racking the price up while doing our nails. My nail tech glued on my thumb tip crooked and I told her, and she kept getting upset and said she would fix it later. After she finished filing all the nails, the thumb was still very crooked and I mentioned this nicely and she filed aggressively, with it not getting better. I pointed out that it was still pretty crooked and my friend said it was too, then she HANDED me the nail file and said do it yourself. Shocked, I FILED MY OWN NAIL, and still paid for the full service plus tip. I should also add that she started aggressively buffing my nails after and drilled too far on my pinky and thumb cuticles, and they bled. When I said “ow you cut me”, she blankly replied “sorry” without any remorse. I didn’t say anything else about the shape after all of this because I was very flustered and the nail tech kept getting irritated and hurting me, but I asked for almond and ended up getting stilettos. I initially asked a deep green and the shade was not at all what I asked for when she put it on, so I asked nicely if there was anything else similar to what I wanted, and she started getting mad again. I ended up just going with the color that my friend had on to avoid further irritation. I noticed that my index finger was also very crooked after.
Ultimately, I paid $85 for nails that were crooked, I helped do myself, bled for, and not the right shape or color. The nail color didn’t even go up to the cuticle, it looked like they were a week grown out when they weren’t. All during this time I should mention, she was making comments to my friend’s nail tech every time I mentioned something going on. It was a very rude, disappointing experience and a rip off.

I was able to walk in and only had to wait 15 minutes for a full set appointment. Edison serviced me and I’m very content with the quality of my nails and the design. I did an acrylic set with French tip painted and a shimmery top coat (443DND) I really enjoyed how clean the salon was/the music videos playing to watch while you got your nails done. The staff was really nice and everything was reasonably priced – I haven’t gotten a set at this price in a very long time. I will be booking here again for my next fill! (:

My husband got me a manicure for my birthday. I haven’t had acrylics in a while, so I decided to get a full set with gel polish. Lisa did my nails and they were beautiful! I got so many compliments and I’ve decided to keep them up for awhile.

Got nails done a week and a half ago on a Thursday. Two days later that Saturday I had to get two lifting gel nails redone. Two following days later on Tuesday I got 3 more lifting nails done. By Thursday of the following week, three more gel nails had peeled up. I have gotten nails done here before and they have never peeled like this. Not sure if I was rushed through my full process and the gel was not applied with caution. Cost me $65 for the fill and 7 nails had peeled up within the first week. Very disappointed

I came in for a pedicure and a manicure with an acrylic set. The guy that did my pedicure and set was extremely friendly and did a great job on my services and my nails held up very well. He paid very close attention to detail and my nails were almost perfect. It was a bit pricey at $120 + a $20 tip but i didn’t mind.
I came in almost three weeks later to get a fill and a color change. The older lady that did it was nice enough, but my nails ended up being lumpy and misshapen and a bad polish application. it definitely felt rushed i was literally only in the chair for not even 20 minutes. It also was close to $70 + tip for just the fill. I felt like with the price i should have just gotten a new set. Not even a week after getting my fill, my nails have started chipping, lifting, and breaking.
I loved the service the first time but the second time was very disappointing.
