I have been to Elite Nails in the past about 5 years ago and I remember things going smoothly. Last week, I couldn’t get in to my regular nail place so I needed a salon. They got me in very quickly and when I got to the salon, I only waited for about ten minutes. The tech was very nice, but a little rough and at times, not paying attention to what she was doing. But in the end, I was happy to get in so quick and have my nails filled. When I got home, I noticed the shape was a little off on a finger but no big deal. Then my fiancee asked me to see them and mentioned that they look like they weren’t filled as well as usual. I looked at them again and realized there is a much bigger gap than usual. Also, the paint AND acrylic did not even cover my whole natural nail. My pointer finger also broke today as it was lifting from my natural nail because of this. My cuticles were also not cut, making my 6 day nails look ROUGH. I recommend if you do go to this salon in a pinch, look at your nails before you leave!!!

Extremely disappointed with this salon. The regular pedicure was priced on the sheet as $36. That is the one I asked for. When I went to pay it was $50. After the foot scrub my feet are not smooth at all and still dry. There was no massage and the sheet stated there was a lower leg massage with the standard pedicure. My friend got a acrylic fill and kept trying to up charge her. She was told she needed an entire new set and told her that her nails were terrible. After saying no to the whole new set the tech was passive aggressive with her and yanking her hands the entire time. The gel polish is all bubbly and streaky. There is also gel polish all over her fingers. I would not recommend this salon at all.

I went there multiple times and even took my mom and sister. I wanted to give them a fair shot and didn’t want to rate them on only a few appointments. But I finally gave up and stopped going. Whether I was a walk-in or made an appointment staff treatment was the same- very rude and dismissive. I tip well because I want good service but they scold me like a child and did the same to my mom. I try to be polite but they just get more aggressive. The quality of the nails depends on who you’re paired with. Some are very good and others are subpar. The place is nice, in a nice shopping center with coffee and food. Unfortunately, every time I went I left feeling very bad. So, I stopped going, and will never go again or recommend anyone to go.

I have been coming here for a few months now and always love my nails when I walk out the door! Very clean and reasonable prices!

This is my last time going there. The gentleman at the front is very kind and polite. Unfortunately, some of the nail techs are not. One thing I do not like at all is how quick the service is. When I’m paying, I would like great service and great quality of what is offered. The young woman did my nails and she did my pedicure is 10 minutes and my gel manicure in 18 minutes. She moved so fast it was as if she was rushing. I even said to her, “Why are you going so fast, this is supposed to be an experience.” She looked at me and smiled. No message, no scrub, or any of the things that makes a pedi and mani a relaxing experience.

I originally went in for a regular mani and pedi. The young lady said, get a gel mani, it’ll last longer. If I had known she was going to speed through my service, I would have kept my regular mani.

I considered trying a few other nail techs, but I just don’t want to spend so much money and be disappointed. Too bad! It’s clear it’s not about giving the client an experience, but about getting them in and out of the chair for more people to service.
