If i could give a zero star rating i would . i’m absolutely baffled and upset at how i was treated . i’ve never had somebody get upset with me because i spoke up the first time and the man said he could fix it but did not fix anything. i simply wanted gel polish on my toes with an acrylic overlay on my big toes. he got upset with me after i said something the first time then when i was looking at them When he was polishing them i told him i didn’t like my big toes. he kept polishing them all then after he was done i reiterated that i did not like them and he got upset at me ran to grab the nail drill and drill off every toe. He cut my big toe and tried to cover over it with polish but i was still bleeding After he was done painfully drilling off the polish he told me i could go, while he was drilling i told him when it was starting to burn and pulled my toes back and he grabbed it back. I am highly upset, If he did not want to do it he should’ve got somebody else to, his polishing skills was horrible, the cuticles was flooded with polish, so now not only am i having to travel out of my way to find another shop that can fix my toes but i feel extremely disrespected.. Not only did i go in with decent length toe nails im walking out with my natural toe nails shorter than they ever were, and i bleeding nail. If i could attach videos i would. He told me i could go since i did not like it i couldn’t like any, then proceeded to walk off with all of the powder and clips all over my feet and legs.

I wish I could give zero stars. I told the lady several times that I was in pain she continued to do what she did. I finally had to in my session which was almost done within 15 minutes all of the pedicures cost the same amount

Love going here for a pedicure.Always friendly and love having my eyebrows done ❤️ And I am so rough with my nails polished but she will cut and file them for me

I’m new to the area and gave this salon a try as it was convenient to my route home. I was happy to be able to walk in and not have to wait long at all. I got a gel French manicure which the lady did quickly, but it looked nice. Unfortunately after just 2 days the white tips are already starting to chip. I usually can go 2-3 weeks before a gel manicure chips. I wouldn’t recommend getting a gel French manicure here based on my experience.

I’ve been to several nail shops throughout Chatham County and Elite Nail And Spa In Bloomingdale Has Always Been The Best By Far. I’ll Drive Out Of My Way To Go Here. Top Shop In My Book !
