I went to this nail salon due to missing my regular nail appointment and I really wish that I hadn’t. To start off the water for my pedicure was cold and there was no massage bubbles. So basically my feet were soaked in cold water before anyone came to do my pedicure. That’s something that I’ve never experienced anywhere. During my pedicure the lady touched my skin with the drill a couple of times to the point where I was pulling back. The worst part of it all was when she did the dip on my natural nails. She hit my pinky finger with the drill and it started to bleed. She apologized for that. She continued on and hit several other fingers with the drill but did not apologize and kept on going like nothing happened. Maybe because they didn’t start bleeding like my pinky finger did. Once I got out of there and saw my nails in the natural light I was mortified. They look awful. They are lumpy and clumpy. Not only that when washing my hands I’ve been getting a stinging sensation everywhere that she hit with that drill. I’m hoping and praying that I don’t end up with an infection. My pictures show exactly what I am talking about. I will never go here again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

We were in the area, from Columbus, to get our monthly massage at The Salt Room (amazing place!). I wanted my nails done and my boyfriend wanted a pedicure. Mesa gave him a pedi and Hannah did my nails.
Brian said it was the best pedicure he’s ever had and Hannah did a great job with my nails. Everyone at the location was super sweet and very service oriented. We’ll definitely be back next month!

I’d leave no stars if I could. I went in for a new color and I just wanna cry I’m so annoyed with how BAD these are. She missed entire sections of my nails, they tried cheating me out new acrylic and wanted to try and put POLISH over the original nails. Stopped that and got them to get the powder. Well they definitely did the worst job I have ever seen on nails in my life. I would NEVER recommend them. EVER. I added a few pictures of the problems I walked out with.. I’m probably just going to remove them and go back to my usual lady back home…

Save your time and money. I got a gel pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails with gel. I’m extremely disappointed in my final product that I paid over $100 for. There was such a lack of attention to detail: I was never asked if I wanted my toenails cut down during my pedicure, and they were not, the shape is an absolute mess, the polish job is awful and bumpy and the woman doing the pedicure who sits in the front of the shop, skipped putting cuticle gel on my left foot and cut my toe while using her cuticle tool… No apology while I was noticeably bleeding. My acrylic nails were done by a woman who sits in the back right side of the shop, I asked for oval shape and was given almond shape and charged extra for it, there is so my extra acrylic under my nails and the gel polish job is again, so sloppy..my cuticles are flooded with gel polish.
