Great service specially with my hair style, which they have done a great job to achieve the look I wanted. However they do have to improve in some areas, for example communication and understanding, this is something that may cause confusion between the employees and clients. But for the most part they are great, personally I have never had any issues with them.

Everyone seems to be generally in a weird mood. I had been there myself a couple of times before and noticed how the hair dressers talked among themselves (while cutting other people’s hair) making fun of customers that had already left.
Took my daughter (7) for a trim, a few years back now, and the manager was very rough on her hair. My daughter has a straight hair so nothing difficult to do or work with. It was just a simple trim. Lady kept pushing her head down repeatedly and so hard when my daughter had her head down enough for her to make the trims. My daughter kept looking at me almost in tears. I asked if she was ok. And lady said “oh she is fine” as she kept pushing and pulling the entire time was trimming. They are def not good
with kids.

I went in to get a trim and long layers in my hair. I SHOWED her how much to cut off, which was about 1/2 inch. I have really long hair, which took me 5 years to grow out, so I didn’t want much cut off to begin with. She then proceeds to take off 3 INCHES, when I had already showed her how much I wanted off. After the haircut was done, she asked me if I wanted it styled and I said yes (I thought it was part of the service, they didn’t tell me it would be an EXTRA $45)!!! I’m in cosmetology school and it’s YOUR job, as a hairstylist, to inform the client how much they would be paying for services beforehand. She didn’t use heat protectant on my hair either. I ended up paying $60 for her to not listen to me and cut off too much of my hair. This was a complete rip off and they didn’t tell me it would be that much money. Bad communication on their part. Now I have to grow out my hair. I will never be coming back here again. I recommend other people don’t come here at all. Save your time and money and go to a salon where your hairstylist will listen to what you want.

I’ve been going there for 3 yrs (twice a month) and went to the same lady. but i was never fully satisfy, (shame on me for going 3yrs) i only continue too go because it was very convenient cause of my work schedule. I was attending a company banquet last week 3-2-19 (my last visit) and wanted too look good from head too toe. I explained to HER that i was going to an event that day and i wanted too look awsome, i even showed her a pic of how i wanted it thinking it would make it easier. Too make a long story short, the top of my hair was totally uneven and my fade was also uneven! I walked out of there very unhappy because ive been going to the same lady for the past 3 years and for 3 yrs she just couldn’t get it right! What also bothered me was that she knew she didn’t do a good job but i felt she didnt care. They have their loyal clients and they all kinda get the same hair style, im from nyc so i get the tight fade ect. and i always felt it was too complicated for her. To top it off i always took my son and sometimes my dad. Good luck to them but they’ll never cut my hair again, ill pay $25 too get it done right. Im not trying to trash talk them im just very disappointed but im too blame cause i kept goibg back…shame on me!
