Absolutely terrible customer service from one of the independent contractors i won’t mention by name because I’m not petty. She did an absolutely terrible job on the structure of the nails and their shape ( i.e they lift up on some down on others and are not uniform, and the black “Acryllic??” Didn’t harden correctly she went to file and it scraped off and crumpled. She fixed the Nail and moved on dismissing it as weird but not thinking to use a different product when it clearly was not right. She finished the nails I left and it started to crinkle around the cuticle area and was still soft and malleable. )
I tried to reach out to her to fix the nails right away and she told me she could fit me in on Monday ( It was Friday) between clients to fix them when I explained that it would ruin the nails design by drilling out the black on the nails with stickers she tried to move the appointment again. To a Thursday. So 6 days out to fix a problem she let happen by not checking her products.
But don’t worry she doesn’t do refunds, she’ll fix it. I’m sorry but who would want to go back to the person that was that unaware of their products being bad 👎 😕. No I’m gonna go somewhere professional and have them fix it.
0 stars. Wouldn’t recommend at all. She was nice tho during the appt, shop is nice just really bad customer service, and frankly for this set the service.

Kerrie did a great job on my daughters hair doing long subtle layers that added volume. Clean environment. Unfortunately, on subsequent appointments a call back to reschedule a nail appointment wasn’t made by the owner as requested and the aesthetician was a no show for a scheduled facial. I wasn’t greeted by the owner even after ringing the bell to ask if the aesthetician had an emergency come up. Left without being acknowledged or helped after waiting 15 minutes past appointment. Would not recommend.

My favorite hair girl Paula is here! I love the salon; it’s a very classy space, everyone seems friendly. And of course, as always, I love seeing Paula and catching up, and I LOVE my cut and style. Definitely an awesome spa-like experience!

I was looking for a salon with good reviews after some negative experiences at another salon in Medford. I was hoping to get a manicure the same day, and I am SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE! Elisa Perez is absolutely amazing. She did fantastic work on my nails and was just an all around wonderful person…. Super friendly and really cool. I enjoyed talking with her while she worked and couldn’t be happier with the result! She also stayed late to fit me in and was so accomidating. Even made sure I got to my car safely (it was after 9 when we finished up). Needless to say I won’t be going to anyone else ever again! Beyond pleased!

Sarah C. is wonderful with color and styling. Renee W. is extremely knowledgeable with skin care products and she gives outstanding facials. Kerrie D. does pain free waxing and amazing nail art/services. Together these girls make up my GLAM SQUAD! The salon itself is in a good, easily accessible location but it could use a makeover. Some new paint & decor would really help this place stand out above all the rest.
