I had really high hopes because I heard good things. I called and made an appointment for 12 o’clock and explained to them I only had one hour lunch break. I received the confirmation text of my appointment. When I got there they had taken someone else for my appointment and I had to leave after 20 minutes of waiting because I didn’t have enough time to get what I wanted done. They were not rude, but assumed that I was just wanting a trim when I never said that on the phone. I don’t understand the use of appointment setting and scheduling systems if businesses do not properly utilize them and honor the customers. I wasted my lunch hour.

Siria did an amazing job on haircuts for both my boys (ages 10 & 14). I showed her photos of what we wanted and she nailed it! Super highly recommend her as an awesome stylist! She is very experienced and highly skilled.

I was long overdue for a haircut and was relieved to get a prompt appointment with Siria! Siria is super friendly and she created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Siria asked questions about my hair and made suggestions for the cut but made sure I was comfortable and in-agreement before proceeding. She also walked me through the styling process and what works best for my fine hair. My hair now feels fresh and healthy! I’m very happy with the results and the experience and will return!

Crystal was wonderful! She could tell I was very nervous about drastically changing my hair color. She kept me calm through conversations. She was very easy to talk to. It is so hard for me to find a good hair stylist and I think I just found a great one!!!!
