When we went in we had to wait not a big deal but we were impressed that we were given a buzzer so we knew when to come back pretty cool the only nice part.
When we got in the chair the pedicure bowl had the plastic on it but it had water in it so I didn’t know if it was used.
The chairs were old and the massage option barely worked.
When they put water they overfilled, then added soap, then drained , then added hot water and drained finally I got warm water.
Pedicure was fast, when it came time to paint I gave the color number I wanted, (152) and she took my daughter’s color number down(3). Then she started painting my nails. After she painted one foot she was like this color is pretty she showed me and it was number 153. I was over this place and just let her continue so I could be done and get outta here as it was our 1st and LAST time we will ever get our nails come there!
As while sitting there we noticed how unclean this place is along with them using the same file and other tools on every one without sterilizing. Gross!!
The electrical outlets are a fire hazard.

Gave them a second chance and will just wait next time to go to Albuquerque to better salons— always lumpy and chip … photo is not even 24 hours after my $60 manicure — I tipped 20% too so very expensive. Gems fell off immediately and nails chipped down to the base.

Find another place. I thought this was a decent place. I went to get gel manicure and the lady insisted to get dip instead because it last longer. She told me she would give a “good deal”. 45 for dip powder doesn’t seem like a good deal. I chose a really cute sparkly green and I was very happy with it. A week later, one of the nails fell off, so I went back to get it fixed and they did. A week later, another nail fell off. This time she seemed upset that she had to fix another nail. So I’ve had the nails for 2 weeks and 2 of them fell off. The next day I just ended up peeling all my nails off. They came off so easily. Just save your money and do your nails yourself.

Inexpensive for a reason. They reused tools without sanitizing them, and did a horrible job on my gel manicure. It looks 3 weeks grown out right away, and the entire service was rushed with 0 attention to detail.

I’m not here to be overly negative, but I think an honest review is in order. Spent over $100 for me and two friends to get bare minimum pedicures. Out of the three of us only one of us walked away with an OK pedicure. All three technicians were pretty rude to us, and kept pushing us to upgrade even when we said politely, no. One friend had a terrible paint job that was uneven and my pedicure was the worst. Nails left in a jagged, uneven state, some of the cuticles were clipped and others weren’t. My technician was yawning the whole way through and did my pedicure in less than 15 minutes so she could get to another customer who would walked in after me. She gave me what I can only assume was supposed to be a “Massage“ but was nothing more than her rubbing lotion on my legs, which I could’ve done myself for free at home. She halfheartedly squeezed my feet a couple of times in the same exact place, which I assume was also supposed to be a massage. She also had extremely long nails, so I don’t think she could’ve really done much of an effective job anyway and it felt very scratchy and uncomfortable. I was then hurried out of my chair to make room for another customer, even though there were four other open chairs they could have used. The whole thing was just uncomfortable, rushed, and my toes somehow look worse than when I went in. I should also mention that I did not feel like everything was very clean. There was a general stickiness to the chair and surfaces, and even though we were the first customers of the day, all the tools look like they had not been sanitized, and the scrubbers they use on your feet were worn down to almost nothing and Lord knows, they probably do not sanitize those either between customers. I paid for their services, but it was definitely not worth the time or money spent. I’m giving two stars instead of one because it’s possible that other technicians do a better job so I don’t want to assume the whole business is that bad, but our experience was overall poor. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place.
