I’ve been coming here for years but this was one of the worst experiences I think I’ve had. I went just to get an acrylic fill and Kim did mine. The nails are all different shapes and the paint is uneven on every nail. They are so thick and uneven.
I went out to my car and one broke off almost instantly. I went back to ask for a refund and Kim continued to sit and argue with me about how it’s my fault they were bad. And refused to help or refund me. Will not be returning.

Elegant nails is the best place in Bend — all the staff are so kind and welcoming and they do excellent work. Kim is the most incredible nail artist. She can literally do anything and she does it all with such care and a meticulous attention to detail. I have never had such consistently beautiful and long-lasting nails!

Got my nails done from this place, at first felt like it was a pretty good place. The reviews are pretty OK. I paid about 150 for my acrylic nails and a friend, and got off to a pretty good start, they drilled my nails, which was going all right up until the guy had caused micro cuts in my nails to be Pacific in one of them really hurt when I pulled back and said could you be more gentle had a soggy attitude? And then didn’t cut my nails down enough so when they did the acrylics about a week later, they grew out started noticing some other issues my nails were Hurting so I removed them at home and then found out my actual nail beds have numerous different cuts in them. One of my nails appears that it is trying to come off very disappointed in this place and honestly will not go back, to make matters worse, I witnessed them do another ladies nails when they were drilling her nails, and they didn’t properly disinfect the area after having me Move to the spot the lady was in honestly thought that was kind of gross but didn’t want to be rude and say something, The reason they should disinfect after every person is because if you cause micro cuts in someone’s nails and it bleeds, and the next person has a cut, they could potentially get an infection! by the way, the service was for acrylic nails, and acrylic powder For me and a friend

I made an appt and ended up having to wait 20 minutes because my nail tech was having someone do her own nails. Then she charged me $60 for one basic fill. And two days later there was already a chip. I do not do hard labor and never have chips in my nails. Until now.
