I made an appointment for 12:30 when I arrived I was told my appointment was at 12, and I was to late. I could wait until 1:30 to get service. I asked if I could reschedule for next day the male there said yes, they could take me at 11:00. I said fine and started to leave, he repeated it again. He walked out at the same time for his smoke break and repeated 11:00 again. I guess because I am elderly he thought I was senile or just plain stupid. After I received my service the next day, a pedicure and manicure no acrylics they charged me 88 dollars. Good thing I had a gift certificate. I will never go back to them nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!

If you can get past the questionable business practices (not answering phones, closing randomly even if you have an appointment) and dreary atmosphere, you’ll get great service! The female nail tech is sweet and professional, and always gives a great pedicure to my elderly mom.

Called over here to make a nail appointment for my mom and when I asked for a 2 o’clock appointment the lady said no and laughed like I made a joke. Need to be more professional, I was just asking for an appointment, no need to make an joke.

Gentle on while sanding and was done in about 30 minutes, didn’t even wait long. My set was $50. The tips are wider than I had hoped but overall, I love them.
