This is what I wanted vs what I got. I had asked for a mint background but figured I’d settle for the white when that happened instead. The “design” took maybe 10 minutes tops, the lights were all different sizes, some didn’t even line up to the black line and others had other paint mixed in. The “full set design tip” is labeled $45. I was charged around $60 for “acrylic and shaping” and another $25 for “design”. When I went and showed the front desk my “design” and stated I was never told of this price nor was I happy with my design, I received a refund for the “design price” along with a lot of attitude. I almost cried. Would not recommend for anyone wanting nail art.

Have never had such an ugly basic black regular nail polish manicure. No point in making an appointment, they accept everybody whether they’ve got time or not. Then they rush through your entire service to get to their next client. My friend and I both had appointments together on a Sunday morning. I got told I had to wait a little bit (because all of their techs were busy with people that walked in the door right before us, as they had just opened). I didn’t have to wait long but honestly, a 3 hour wait couldn’t have made my experience any worse. My friend was taken back first, acrylic fill and gel polish, easy enough for a nail salon… You’d think 😂. Her “set” was done about 2 seconds after I got sat down to “dry”. My nails were still a little wet when I gave up 30 minutes later and accepted the fact that the polish was never going to dry because it wasn’t applied properly. Both were pretty janky looking manicures for the $75 they charged us. We ended up going back to my house and filing/ repainting the messes they left on our fingernails. I’d go back to any salon I purposely avoid in this city before returning here.
All photos were taken on our way to Sam’s after we left this place. Neither of us was happy, neither of us will be returning. Just glad I didn’t get cut like I saw in several other reviews!! However, I could have done my polish job better! Oh wait, I ended up having to… Save your money and do them yourself.
“Pro tip”, if you apply SMOOTH, EVEN, AND THIN coats and allow EACH COAT to dry fully if you’re going to do more than 1 (even though it was opaque enough one would have been fine!) It would have looked a lot better and I wouldn’t have needed so many touch ups during the drying process. Feel like I need to apologize to the lady I had to keep interrupting that was getting her nails done directly after me! I sincerely hope yours turned out better than mine! But we all know globs will not dry, no matter how long I’m sat under a dryer.

Worst mail experience I have ever had. My fingers still hurt the next morning. I had multiple fingers bleeding from the male nail technician filing my nails so hard. The dip was so uneven. I asked for round shape and they are so uneven and more square. I had a different female doing my toes who was better, but still chopped my toenails so short. She did apologize for cutting them short, but then had polish on my skin and left it. Very disappointed.

LOVE! Called about an acrylic fill on short notice, They got me in super last minute and did a beautiful job, even correcting my last stylists work. I wish i had a before pic! I let my stylist know i had a hangnail on one of my fingers and he was extra careful. no pain at all and very polite. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I loved how funny everyone was and how welcoming you all were, Linda did such a good job on my nails I love them so much I will be coming back. You guys are my favs❤️
