I always come here for pedicures every other month or so. They are great. They do a thorough job every time. I don’t have a particular favorite person because they all do such a good job. I highly recommend . I have had like 3 manicures and that was great too. Not as busy during the week. I usually come midday.

I’ve come here a handful of times for pedicures. Yesterday was my best experience, with Amy. She was attentive, friendly, and chatty throughout. I left feeling like I’d made a friend. She was non judgemental about my cuticle picking habit and somehow managed to make my hands look good. Her pedicure was thorough.

Came back to edit my review from just 3 days ago. I have come here for a pedicure before and I always received somewhat good service but after what just happened to me I will never go back and I advise other people to just go somewhere else.

I got lash extensions on Friday afternoon. They looked amazing when they were first done. The day after it felt like they were constantly poking my eye and burning. Day 3 they began to all fall out and by last night I had NO lashes on my right and very little on my left.

I explain the situation to the tech and manager. I asked if they could possibly do my nails instead of issuing a refund or doing anything else to my eyes. I was told I can not receive a refund (okay no problem) and they would upgrade me to gel polish but I still would have to pay for my nails.

I walked out politely. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. To spend over $90 for something that should last at least 2 weeks that falls out in 3 days. Then to have no care and want to make it right. And you would think they would just be nice and do the nails because of course that will lead to me coming back and getting them filled in.

They just lost a customer who would have brought them regular business over lack of care. Don’t waste your money 🤷‍♀️

They rushed me and were sloppy. Wouldn’t even let me wash my hands before they began. The shape is completely uneven and not a single nail is the same length, the acrylic was laid on so thick and uneven. There is a gap between the acrylic and my cuticle that looks like a ditch. She didn’t even file them down. They look so chunky and flat out CHEAP. To top it off the polish isn’t even covering my whole nail. Worst set I’ve ever had. Would never return nor would I suggest to a friend. Press ons would look better and last longer in my opinion. What a waste of my time and money. Absolutely ugly nails. Look like I’ve had them on a week or two and just got them done this evening. Smh deserves no stars.
