My mom recommended this salon when I was visiting from California a year ago. When I moved to Vegas last month I tried a few salons in my area and then I remembered Elaine’s. They are super friendly and I love how clean an sanitized the salon is. They are pricey but so worth it in my opinion. I had my eyebrows done for the first time there and OMG. This will be my main salon from now on.
