I have tried many different nail salons over the years. I have recently moved to Powell and Elaine Nail Spa has been the best!! I have been there twice now and both times were a pleasant experience. I will say it is a little confusing your first time coming. But, all nail places are different. I can say that it is easy to book online. I booked 1 hour before my arrival time. I did have to wait, and I have seen that as a complaint from previous customers. I will say, please be patient. Not only are they worth it. They are busy because they are good!! I would rather wait and get good service than go somewhere, where no one is going. With all things being said Nancy and Joe are both great! Please give this place a try!!
Also, please don’t go to nail salons and not bring enough money to tip. It’s so rude. Especially if you’re coming on a busy day complaining about wait!!

Just started coming to Elaine nails. I had my second experience and brought my younger girls in for manicures as well. They had a great experience and loved their nails. Prices are super affordable, great work and awesome people. Highly recommend!! I have done both tips and just gel and had a great long lasting outcome!

My daughters and I got mani-pedis for my 10 year olds birthday and we all loved our nails! They got us in quickly and did an amazing job! Will definitely return.

I got dip nail polish and manicure. 3 days later one finger’s dip polish started coming off from the cuticle area. I called them and they told me to go back to get it fixed. I went back and was asked to find my color. I spent a good time looking for it and when I couldn’t find it and asked for someone to help me I was told that I have to find the color on my own if I want the nail fixed. Anyways I found it and they fixed the nail and re-did the shiny coat on all fingers to match, however the very next day all of the other dip nail polish started coming off the same way. I’m very disappointed with the service and how rudely I was treated. I don’t recommend this place
