Awful customer service. 2 Saturdays ago, I paid $35 for my mom’s regular manicure, which should have included her nails cut, except they weren’t. I usually take her except I was busy getting ready to celebrate my birthday that weekend. Came Monday, I got real sick and stayed away from my fragile 90 year old so she wouldn’t get sick. I was awfully sick all week. This past Sun., my mom scratched me as she tried hanging onto me. So I called the nail salon to ask who had worked on my mom’s nails and to present the issue of my mom’s nails not being cut. I was asked to go in that tue. So we’d not be charged just to cut her nails. Except Tue was raining cats and dogs, and I was not about to get wet or have my mom get wrenched. The man on the phone said I could get a discount next time she went in. That we’d work something out. I took her in the following day, on Wed. We were charged another $35, so the discount was not honored. I felt robbed, cheated. Pretty much everyone @ the register lacks a decent, friendly customer service etiquette. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. Considering it is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service and the treatment.

I regularly have my gel acrylics here. Great quality, reasonably priced, wide selection of colors, and a clean salon! They also offer waxing and eyelash extension services.

Amazing work cleaning nails, massages and polish application and sheer attention to detail. Just recently began frequenting and have also recommended it to four others who are quite satisfied too!
The person who recommended it to me stressed that all the nail techs are good and they truly are!

Stopped in for a last minute pedicure here while out celebrating my nieces birthday. Staff was friendly and efficient and accommodating considering my last minute appointment request. Given how close by it is will definitely be returning whenever their services are needed.
