I called ahead a made an appointment for me and a friend for 3:00. We arrived and they immediately started on my friend while I waited 25 minutes in cold water to be started on. The man who did my feet was extremely rough on everything he did. I was left multiple times during my pedicure. The wrong color was almost applied until I stopped him, he was about to file down my nails with an electric file until I told him I do not have gel polish on my nails. Mid massage, he stopped and got up to do something and left me sitting there with lotion on my legs for 5 minutes. During the gel pedi, he filed my nails and immediately put another layer of polish on without wiping off the debris. The whole experience was not enjoyable, hence I did not tip which he clearly wasn’t happy about. I left and went to my car when I noticed that my nails were not smooth and you can see all the nail debris on my nail that he painted over. I went back in and he wanted to just paint another clear coat on top. I explained multiple times that will not fix the issue. Eventually he rushed through “fixing” the issue and my nails are a TOTAL MESS and the bottom of my feet are super sore and raw.

Horrible experience, the nail tech ripped my cuticle and made me bleed. She was rushing when no one was in the salon but me, it shows in the quality of work I got. I was charged 75$ for a set that should be 45-50. I had a nail break and so I returned to have them fix it. Instead of filing it off or soaking it she used a tool to rip the nail off which of course hurt and I already have thin nail beds. Horrible!

I came in to have my nails removed. And a manicure The gentleman did not know what he was doing. My nails are in bad shape now and will be for a long time. Never will I go here again

Walked in at 3:00 on a Saturday for a fill and had no wait. The place was very peaceful, clean, and bright, and had plenty of colors to choose from. The gentleman who did my nails did a beautiful job! They’re running a grand opening 20% off sale, so it was very affordable; even without the discount it was reasonably priced. Overall a great experience, will definitely be back!
