Loved everything from the music selection all the way down to the hand massage. The staff there were really kind, especially the one who gave her umbrella to a homeless person in need during my visit. My nail tech Denise, is probably the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She really cares about her craft and she’s very personable. Will definitely be back!

Stacey is amazing. Outside of being very diligent and delivering you the most on point clean cuticles, and a very even manicure, she’s a good person. They’re the real deal over at Eastside Nails, 10/10 recommend.

Very disappointed in how my appointment was handled. Scheduled nail extensions with Samantha. She did not notify me or have posted that my nails had to be clean without other nails on them prior to the appointment. Another client told me the day off, I messaged Samantha and she then told me she didn’t have time to remove anything before doing the nails. Last minute I’m trying to find a salon to remove what I had on to then go to her appointment. I couldn’t get this done in time.

I messaged her to ask what to do! This information was not posted anywhere in her social media, and she didn’t inform me when I booked as a new client. I could not make it to the appointment, she told me it would be a no show and she could reschedule me. I forfeited the deposit I sent to schedule appointment, and paid for the entire set of nails that I didnt receive as a no show- 100% of the service. After I sent payment she stopped responding! Messaged multiple times. No apologies for wasting MY TIME and money due to lack of communication on her part. No reschedule, no nothing! After I tried to be nice even though this mishap was her fault! New clients need to know these things. Completely unprofessional.

I had an appointment to try gel nail extensions with Samantha. There were a few things that I didn’t love (she reshaped my square natural nails to an oval shape, the extensions were sharp and pointy, I asked for the extensions to have a coffin shape but they were not). However, I didn’t think these were big issues since I only needed my nails done for a movie I was in.
Fast forward to weeks later, I schedule her again to have the nails removed as I prefer my natural nails. Barely 30 minutes before my appointment, she cancels saying something came up and doesn’t offer any accommodations (see screenshot of text convo). Since she tells me to go schedule another appointment on the website, I do not specifying her as the tech and see my original day and time is available. I got to the shop at the time and see she’s working on another client. After waiting a while, I find out the available time is for her. She says to me, “I told you I didn’t have time to do your nails today.” I tell her, “You told me to go to the website and schedule a time available that is convenient to my schedule.” She says, “I meant a different day.” I tell her, “You didn’t say that.”
I feel that she was very unprofessional and her correspondence in canceling my appointment showed poor customer service. Nothing came up. She just didn’t want to do my nails. If she was tired or something to that effect, she could have communicated that she needed to cut her day short and if I’ll select her for another day, she would be happy to take care of me then. She did none of that and I do not recommend her services.
