Consistent customer for about a year now- every 3 weeks. Usually impressed with services and customer care. However, my usual price had a significant jump my past visit. When asked why, it was explained there is now a $5 soaking fee (despite me having had my dip put on here) since the new year- although I had been since the new year and this was not the case. In addition, if I am to be charged for a soak off, I expect to NOT still see my old navy color coming through my new pink color… I was also informed my ONE tip for a broken nail was $5, even though an entire set is $10??? The “new prices/charges” were also not reflected on the website. In addition my cuticles were left in rough shape after a drill was taken to them instead of them being cut, as usual, and left without cuticle oil. So disappointed in this experience as I had previously been treated well here.

I was really impressed, and I’m picky. I got my nails done on vacation a few days ago, and they still look great even with just getting regular polish. I’m hard on my hands, so usually regular polish chips quickly on me. Nina did my nails and she was so nice and fun to talk to. If I lived in the area, I’d be a regular.

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice now and both times they have chipped the second day. I’ve had gel and dazzle dry. Both are supposed to last a lot longer.

Do not get your nails done here. They were very nice but did a poor job on my nails. Super tick, uneven and put on the acrylic too far down on my nail so they’re curved like dogs nails. So upset about it. Even went back to get them fixed and they are worse. $70 down the drain 🙁

I highly recommend going to East Bay Nails! I got a full set of beautiful acrylics in an hour. Nam did an incredible job and he was gentle as well. I am hesitant to get acrylics at new places but Nam gave me the best set ever. 10/10!
