Hannah did my nails yesterday, and i wasn’t happy at all. I never had a problem with her doing my nails when they were short. But she definitely messed my nails up. First, i asked for a french manicure, and it looked like a hot mess. The white was too much! The shape wasn’t done right! Yesterday there were too many complaints. I feel like they were rushing. Also, what bothers me the most is when you speak your language, and it’s so obvious you are talking about me and all the technicians all looked at me. That is so rude,disrespectful and unprofessional! You definitely lost me as your customer!

Eagleville is literally the only nail salon I’ve found in the Lower Merion Area who does consistently amazing work every single time. I stumbled in there 2.5 years ago with my friend because she gets acrylic and they’re one of the only places that does it and I’m not kidding I haven’t left since. I have gone there every single time to get my nails done since then. I used to have short stubby nails and they introduced me to incorporating dip in and these are now my natural nails!! Everyone there is so friendly AND the work is phenomenal, no matter which person you see. Pro tip: They get super busy on the weekends and right before holidays so definitely go on an off time if you can!
