I usually come here often and usually they do a good job with my nails however, this is my first time bringing my best friend to get her nails done for graduation. we both got our nails done and I wanted to watch her to make sure that she’s having a great first experience. They did a wonderful job on my pedicure. However, my best friend did not enjoy her first experience. Her nail tech Kristen was being rude and filing the skin off her fingers and drilling them as well. She charged us extra $25 without giving us a heads up. Usually they will tell you the price before hand and I would be able to get my nails done for $35. But as a surprise I got charged about $65. She was also going to charge us five dollars extra for shape even though her coworker was saying that “it comes with the shape already” I was not happy to hear the price I was not expecting because usually they ask me before If I want Gel or tell me if the color i picked was Gel. Other customers/technicians were also overhearing the conversation and were confused. My friend also described that the way that she was handling and cutting her nails was extremely painful and she was emotionally upset after being treated that way. Despite the harsh treatment, her nails turned out pretty but she is still is in pain and worried about the quality of her nails before graduation.

I have been here a handful of times and always enjoyed coming here with the girls. However, I am very disappointed with how my nails turned out this last time. I came in this past Friday to get a gel mani pedi and my toes look great but my mani started peeling Saturday (it is now Monday and 4 of my nails are completely chipped or peeling). They were relatively slow to the day I came in and the nail tech completely botched my French tip. I’ve noticed my nails never last long here either compared to other salons near by. Unfortunately, I think this will be my last time coming here at least for a mani. I’m giving two stars because I do love getting pedis here. Also the photos I’m including are showing three days of wear with GEL polish.

Honestly one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve had to date! Eagle Nails will be my new go-to for any mani/pedi. Tammy was my nail tech and took such care and attention to my mani & pedi. They are LITERALLY the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had. Thank you!!

Went in for an acrylic set with a nail design that came out to a reasonable price and I love them! Tammy was my nail tech and did my exact inspo pic design. Highly recommend and will be going back!

The ladies that work there is very welcoming and nice. From answering the phone their customer service was so enticing and happy I couldn’t resist from reciprocating the same feelings. They took their time in giving their best in their pedicures and manicures. My daughter got acrylics and she loves them! I recommend giving them your business because they are good at it and their happy to do their work. Thank you Eagle nails…we will be back!
