Not even a week later they start lifting and chipping off. I’m super bummed Sam is gone. His would last for a month without every lifting or chipping. I have requested a refund and I hope, if I go back, I can have the owner take care of my nails.
Update** After asking David for my money back, 3 times, I continue to be ignored and then ultimately denied. They don’t even bother offering to redo them.
I can’t believe i have been treated so poorly, being a client there for so many years. Time to find a new place. I spent $75 for this horrible service. Don’t waste your money…
I recently visited this nail salon, and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment was not welcoming at all. However, I needed my nails done for an event the next day, and this was the only place open that late.
I had serious concerns about the hygiene practices. They used a visibly used nail file on me multiple times, and it had a red stain that I hoped was nail polish. This is completely against the law and poses a risk of illness and contagious diseases to clients.
To make matters worse, my nail beds are now itchy and slightly swollen. During the appointment, they spilled acetone on both of my arms and my shirt. When they asked if I was okay, I mentioned it got on my arms, but they didn’t do anything. I had to sit there and let the chemicals burn me.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their lack of cleanliness and disregard for customer safety is alarming. Avoid this salon if you care about your health and well-being.
