Got these done 5 days ago. Chipping Gel polish already. First Lady that started me off was nice but the guy doing them was HORRIBLE. Had it all over my skin, looked a week grown out upon leaving. 40 dollars straight to the trash. Voiced my displeasure in the middle of doing them and nothing was done but “filing color off my skin” anyway, left looking like a kindergartner painted them. Never again

If you like pain come here! I have never had such a bad nail experience. I called ahead of time and asked if I could show a photo nail design and was approved. When I arrived, there was no warm welcome – I was barely even looked at. I had a man do my nails who was ROUGH! I came in with dip nails that has to be taken off first and he ripped them off raw! There was no soak bowl or any prep. It felt like my nails were on fire, it was the worst pain! I had him stop several times and the process didn’t change. I should have walked out then… Immediately afterward, he applied tips which burned like hell since my nails were so sensitive to what he had just done. Again, something I’ve never experienced in all my years of getting nails done. My simple nail design not only was incorrectly painted, but brought much irritation to him as he made snarky comments about what I wanted. He very much disliked the fact it wasn’t all 1 color. Midway through the design he upcharges me $10 because he forgot something. He made no effort to match colors from the photo I brought, even with me kindly explaining and looking for the shade. I don’t know why I stayed for the whole appointment but will not be going back. Overpriced, rude, and painful!

Terrible first impression…
I walked in one young lady greeted me and directed me to the back for a pedicure. Another young lady standing in the back abruptly asked if I have an appointment. I responded, “no”. She Told me they were already booked this morning at 9 AM asked me to come back at a later time or a date. I left.

I came in with pink coffin nails and one nail broken off already. This was my first time coming to this nail salon and I loved it! My nails were shaped, fixed, and bedazzled! This is the place to go to if you’re looking for great looking nails 💅🏽
